The operation generates power via solar panels, we catch and store our own rain water, the sealed servicing systems are lock and prime activated, houseboats have sealed holding tanks, houseboats are powered by low emission 4-stroke outboards with solar for cabins and swing moorings are installed for minimum disruption to the environment.

With no disruptions, a houseboat holiday is the perfect place to get away from it all. Perhaps all you are after is a break from the bustle? The Blackwood is the best place to listen to nothing but the sound of the water, the many different bird calls and the surrounding trees on the banks of the river. So wind down and tune out & wine and dine your way down the river!
